What does Colombo's Customs make?

We're a custom-products studio in Chicago. We do UV printing, 3D printing, vinyl cutting, sublimation, and laser cutting and engraving, in short runs and made to order.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes. Custom and personalized work is what we do. If you don't see what you're looking for, email hello@colombos.us with your idea and we'll tell you what's possible.

How long does an order take?

Personalized orders ship within 7 business days after you approve your proof. Stock items without personalization, including stock designs in colors you choose, ship within 7 business days of purchase.

What files or artwork do you need?

A vector file (SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF) is best; a high-resolution PNG also works. Not sure what you have? Send it over and we'll take a look.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States from Chicago, Illinois. You'll receive tracking once your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders of $70 or more ship free.

Do you deliver locally?

Orders of $150 or more get free hand delivery within 15 miles of Albany Park, Chicago.

What's your return policy?

Custom and personalized items can't be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from your approved proof. Unused, non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Business & Bulk Orders

Do you take business or bulk orders?

Yes. We make logo-engraved and full-color printed products for businesses: coasters, keychains, plaques, and signage. See our Corporate Gifting & B2B Orders page for details.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Coaster sets start at 10 sets, keychains at 25 units, and plaques at 10 units. For larger quantities, request a quote and we’ll confirm pricing and turnaround.

Do you require payment upfront?

Yes. All orders, from single items to bulk business orders, are paid in full before production begins.

Do I get a proof before you make my order?

For personalized orders, yes. You get a free digital proof before we make anything, and one round of changes is included. Stock items without personalization, including stock designs in colors you choose, are made as shown and don’t get a proof.
