What does Colombo's Customs make?

We're a Chicago-based customization studio offering UV printing, 3D printing, vinyl cutting, sublimation, and laser cutting and engraving. We specialize in short-run, made-to-order projects.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes — custom and personalized work is what we do. If you don't see exactly what you're looking for, email support@colombos.us with your idea and we'll let you know what's possible.

How long does an order take?

Every order is made to order, so production time varies by product, quantity, and method. We'll give you an estimated timeline for your specific order. Orders that need a design proof go into production once you approve the proof.

What files or artwork do you need?

It depends on the project. High-resolution files and vector artwork (such as SVG, AI, PDF, or PNG) generally produce the best results. Not sure what you have? Send it over and we'll take a look.

Can I get a proof before you produce my order?

For many custom orders, yes. We'll confirm the details and, where applicable, send a proof for your approval before production begins. Please review proofs carefully — spelling, artwork, and colors included.

Where do you ship?
