Shipping & Delivery
Every closing gift is made to order in our Chicago studio. Please allow 2–3 weeks from order to delivery. If you have a specific closing date, tell us in the order notes and we'll do our best to hit it.
Chicago hand-delivery — Free
Live in the city or the immediate collar suburbs? We hand-deliver closing gifts to you, your client, or straight to the closing table at no charge. We'll email you to schedule once your order is ready.
US shipping
- Free standard shipping on orders over $150 (3–5 business days)
- Standard $8 (3–5 business days)
- Express $15 (1–2 business days) — reach out first if you're on a tight timeline
All gifts ship in a linen-wrapped presentation box with a hand-tied ribbon. If you'd like a card, add the note at checkout.
International
USPS and DHL Express are available at checkout for ~30 countries. Duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
Damaged in transit
If your gift arrives damaged, take a photo of the packaging and the item and email us within 7 days at hello@colombos.us. We'll remake and reship at no cost.
