Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
Production time
Every item is made in our Chicago workshop. Orders ship within 7 business days after you approve your proof (or after purchase if no proof is needed).
Holiday order-by dates
For Christmas 2026, order by Friday, Dec 4 for shipped orders (proof approved by Tuesday, Dec 8; ships by Thursday, Dec 17). Free local delivery within 15 miles on orders of $150 or more: order by Friday, Dec 11 (proof by Monday, Dec 14; delivered Dec 21–23). Orders approved after Dec 14 ship after Christmas.
Shipping options (US)
- Standard shipping: free on orders of $70 or more; $8 on orders under $70 (typically 3–5 business days in transit)
- Express shipping: $15 (typically 1–2 business days in transit)
Free local delivery
Orders of $150 or more delivered within 15 miles of our studio are hand-delivered free of charge.
Transit times are carrier estimates and begin once your order ships.
Delays
If we can't ship your order within the time we stated, we'll email you with a new estimated ship date and you may cancel for a full refund.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, take a photo of the packaging and the item and email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@colombos.us. We'll remake and reship at no cost.
