Laser engraving and cutting
Engraving on wood, leather, slate, and dark acrylic; cut wood and plywood parts. We don't laser-engrave bare metal.
Full-color UV printing
Full color with white ink and gloss on flat items (wood, acrylic, glass, metal, and plastic), up to about 13 × 16.5 in.
Sublimation
Full color on white or light polyester and sublimation blanks, from sheets up to 13 × 19 in.

Yes. Colombo's Customs is a custom-products studio in Albany Park, Chicago. It makes logo coasters, mugs and tumblers, signs and menu boards, keychains, vinyl lettering, and closing gifts by laser engraving, UV printing, and sublimation.
What is the minimum order?
Coaster sets start at 10 sets, keychains at 25 units, and plaques at 10 units. Other items are quoted per job.
How long does a business order take?
Orders ship within 7 business days after you approve your proof.
Do you deliver in Chicago?
Yes. Free local delivery within 15 miles on orders of $150 or more, measured from our Albany Park studio. Everywhere else in the US, orders ship, and shipping is free on orders of $70 or more.
Do you ship outside the US?
No. We ship within the US only.
Can you put my logo on metal?
We can UV-print your logo in full color on metal. Our lasers don't engrave bare metal.
Do you do contract engraving or printing on my products?
Yes. We do laser engraving and cutting, UV printing, and sublimation on items you supply, quoted per job. Tell us the item, the material, and the quantity.
What do you need from me for a quote?
The item, the quantity, the date you need it, and your logo. A vector file (SVG, AI, EPS, or PDF) is best; a high-resolution PNG also works.
What closing gifts do you make for real estate agents?
Address coordinate boards, welcome plaques, and engraved slate coasters, personalized to the home and the family.
Is there a setup fee?
There's no setup fee. Names, monograms, text, and clean vector logos are never charged. Your first digital proof and one round of changes are free; after that, each change is $15. If your logo isn't a vector file and needs to be redrawn, we quote that first ($25 simple, $45 complex), and it's waived on orders of 25 or more business sets.
